The Bar Grand Canal is open
in the summer, making it a divine place to watch the local
hustle and bustle of the water transportation go by, while
enjoying a drink. The Bauer Hotel offers an authentic
surroundings with a tranquil, magical setting, the perfect way
to experience the true gifts of Venice.
In April 2005, a new addition of the Bauer Hotel was added;
the Residence "Bauer Casa Nova". It is very close to St.
Mark's Square, right in the old part of Venice, and in the same
time in the centre of the city. Her guests will find a quit
space in the "off the beaten path" Calle 13 Martiri a typical,
Venetian back street. There are 19 rooms and apartments that
have been specifically designed for short or long stays in the
city. Located in the typical Venetian area of the city gives
the guests the feeling of really living the Venetian life, which
is ideal for families, couples and the individual traveller.
Guests opting to stay in the residence are entitled to using all
of the hotel facilities at the hotel as well, such as breakfast
restaurant with terrace on the Grand Canal, bars as well as the
private water dock of the next Bauer Hotel. Guests use
the check in at the reception of the Bauer. |

business related function. There are several solutions for
different numbers of guests; two boardrooms that accommodates as
many as 12 attendees.
Another solution is the meeting rooms that can be set up for as
many as 140 guests, making it perfect for parties,
